You CANNOT MOVE LAKE so ensure your entire stay is on the same Lake

Every Angler must make an individual booking to receive a BOOKING ID (eg ABCD-010121) - this code is entered at our kiosk on arrival, producing a paper ticket that will then allow entry and exit until your ticket expires. Only 1 paper ticket per vehicle is required, do keep this ticket in your vehicle sun visor safely for your exit. We will check your booking on the bank on your mobile. 

Any group bookings will be cancelled by us.

Day Ticket Bookings are 7am to 9pm. Your Day Ticket expires at the exit gate at 9pm so please ensure you are offsite before 9pm.

Arrival for 24 hour Sessions are from 3pm to set up for a 4pm start. We do not allow entry before 3pm to walk round/visit. Your 24 hr Ticket expires at 4pm so please ensure you are offsite before 4pm the next day.

WINTER ENTRY TIMES - 24 hour Sessions - 1st November 25 to 31st January 26. Arrival for 24 hour Nights is from 1pm to set up for a 2pm start. We do not allow entry before 1pm to walk round. Your 24 hr Ticket expires at 2pm so please ensure you are offsite before 2pm the next day.

One Non-fishing visitor per Angler plus children are welcome at a small fee of £3 for Day Tickets and £6 for Night Tickets per person purchased online.NO OTHER VISITORS. Under 9's fish or visit at no charge with a paying Angler but CANNOT fish overnight.

We operate a ZERO TOLERANCE response to ANY form of abusive behaviour, physical, verbal or written to our Bailiffs, Anglers or visitors - we reserve the right to ask any person onsite to leave at any time.

DO NOT LEAVE YOUR RODS  UNATTENDED AND BE NO MORE THAN 3 Metres FROM YOUR RODS AT ANY TIME - receiver's are irrelevant !

REFUNDS: can only be given on cancellations giving us over 24 hours notice by email to enquiries@manorfarmlakes.com. 

CONCESSIONS: Junior, disabled and senior citizens can receive a £4.00 discount off Day and Night Fishing tickets by entering the discount code JSD into the voucher box and clicking apply when booking. Discounts do not apply to visitor tickets. 

CARAVANS: CALL US TO BOOK ON 07944 324916. Arrival time is from 1pm with departure before 12pm. We allow one paying Day visitor per booked adult and all Day ticket visitors must vacate site before 9pm. We do not allow any additional overnight visitors on our caravan site. Dogs are permitted for those people staying in the caravan park but MUST be kept on a lead AT ALL TIMES. Dogs are not permitted around our lakes however they can be walked on the nearby Common, access is at the top end of Blunham Lake.
